Samantha Ingold Samantha is a graduate of the Rudy and Kelly Academy and has been a dedicated hairstylist behind the chair since 2009. Throughout her career she has attended multiple educational conferences and classes, including hands-on training at the Redken Exchange in New York City. Samantha’s wide range of experience has led her to specialize in a variety of services that allows her to always help her clients feel good about their hair. While the artistry of being a stylist is fun and inspiring, Samantha’s most treasured part of her job is interacting with her clients. She loves the bond that she builds with her clients and is always learning something new from everyone that sits in her chair. She is inspired by the trust that her clients instill in her to help them look and feel their best as they leave the salon. Samantha goes above and beyond for her clients, she is always working her hardest to make sure her clients are properly taken care of. She is laid back and easy going with a unique style that is a combination of bohemian looks and rocker styles.   POLICIES In Studio Policy Seeing as how it is a small space with sharp objects, hot tools, and bowls of chemicals please consider the following: No children in the studio No extra guests Late Arrival Policy Anyone running late is asked to take a moment to call or text and let me know an estimated arrival time. If you are more than 10 minutes late the service will either be changed to fit the time remaining in your appointment block or you might need to reschedule to another day/time. Service price will potentially remain the same as the originally scheduled service per stylist discretion to compensate for the lost time. Walk-Ins I do not accept walk ins, due to the nature of the studio and my schedule I am appointment only Service Satisfaction Policy Customer satisfaction is important to me so if you have concerns about your service and feel you did not gain the desired outcome that was discussed and agreed upon with me during your consultation, please let me know within 48 hours of your original appointment.     Eligibility / Terms & Conditions for a redo appointment: • Client must notify me within 48 hours of their original appointment. • Redo appointments must be scheduled within 14 days of original appointment date. • If the client schedules beyond the 14 days or chooses to reschedule, the appointment is no longer considered a redo and charges will apply. • I cannot perform any complimentary correction(s) if the client chooses to visit another salon/stylist before allowing me to correct the issue. • I cannot perform any complimentary correction(s) if the client's dissatisfaction is caused by the use of any products that were not recommended by or purchased at the suite.   • Chemical / Color services will only be guaranteed if the client used products purchased at the studio recommended by their service technician. Product Satisfaction Policy If you are ever dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product for an exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase date. Please note all sales are final on discounted/sale items, brushes, flat irons, blow-dryers & appliances.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy A credit card number will be required to book all appointments. Your appointments will be held and I ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment that you provide me with a minimum 48-hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and potentially be able to accommodate clients on my waiting list. Obviously I understand that things outside of our control come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW FEES: • No show/no call appointments will be charged a fee of 100% of scheduled service. • Day of cancellation will be subject to a 75% charge at stylist discretion. • Day before cancellation will be subject to 50% charge at stylist discretion You will receive a text and/or email to confirm 72 hours prior to your appointment and a reminder text/email 24 hrs before. The text/email will contain a link to confirm/cancel or reschedule. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
